The Aspen Art Museum partners with the Pitkin County Library, the Basalt Regional Library, and the Carbondale Branch Library to offer Story Art, a free program that combines learning to read with art-making and activities that build visual literacy. Held once a month at each site, this program introduces children to the basic foundations of art through engaging storybooks, looking activities, and hands-on art projects.
