Christie Helm is an artist and educator based in Aspen, CO, with a diverse background that includes ties to Dallas, Chicago, Sedona, and São Paulo, Brazil. With a BFA from the University of Colorado Boulder, she is passionate about art and community service.

Join the Aspen Art Museum for an engaging mosaic art workshop! In this hands-on experience, participants will decorate beautiful trays, coasters, and flower vases, using colorful ceramic tiles, glass, and pebbles of their choice to create unique patterns.
Participants will learn about tesserae, grouting techniques, flow and movement, and key design principles.
All materials will be provided. Participants will take their finished artwork home. Light snacks and beverages will be available.
