Join us on the Aspen Art Museum rooftop for a guided tasting with Advanced Sommelier Meghan Ball, featuring 10 wines from 10 wineries across the Paso Robles AVA. This educational experience explores the region’s remarkable range of varietals and blends.

We’ll delve into how Paso’s diverse microclimates, sun exposure, and soils shape its unique terroir—and how each winemaker’s vision comes to life through distinct vineyard and cellar practices. Along the way, we’ll place these wines in conversation with regions like Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône, and Tuscany.

Meghan Ball is a third-level Advanced Sommelier with WSET, earned while working as a beverage manager for Jean-Georges in New York City. Now based on California’s Central Coast, she brings her background in winemaking and education to every tasting she leads.
